Petion
for Passion
And this is how I would start:
Facing the Death
I would start that death is what makes the life possible.
Any other suggestions?
I would strart with the fact the we are meant to live a life of Love.
But we don’t. We are Homo Neuroticus Normalis. We struggle, we suffer,
we scream- in different aspects and different ways. And we are proud of
that.
We blame the president, the economy, the feminism, the boss, the men ect.
Some of us get married, other get divorced, some got a new job or
promotion, other get fired.
Some have kids, other don’t. I doesn’t matter actually. What matters
actually is if you have life, or you don’t. I mean real life. And you
figure out if you are dead or alive by answering that sort of questions:
Am I satisfied with the life I have?
What I am missing in order to be happy?
Is my job what I dreamed about?
Is my relationship what I want to be? Or I’m proudly alone?
You don’t have to send me the answers of this
questions. Not at all. Ask and answer yourself. Sit in a silence for an
hour- which will be a big accomplishment for most of you. Ask yourself
what is the missing part? Here and Now. Face it. See it. Feel it.
Make it bigger. Scared? Feel the fear and do it anyway. That’s the only
way I know.
Adopt the missing part. Live it out. You deserve to be a whole person,
not just only a part of you.
Easy to say, hard to do. Not exactly. You can do whatever you want
you can have whatever you want and the way you want it. It’s not a
joke. Put your feet on the ground, look at the stars and shoot for the
moon. Live a life you think you deserve. Think big, dream big. We have
only one life and that’s what we know for sure. You may face tomorrow or
you may not.
I was wondering what I’m personally missing. I’m missing
passion. Passion for life. I start daring myself everyday. So I would
like to dare you too: Write a Petition for Passion. This will be a
letter to yourself:
Dear “George”, (here you put your name)
I would like to write you about my passions and talents. I want to tell
you that I’m passionate about (now list all your passions). Dear George
(your name) can you please start living out your passions- one per week
may be? Can you do this for me, I dare you, dear George. I promise you
that your life will change for ever.
Thank you so much in advance. Please keep me updated after every
passion and keep in touch with my inner self.
Yours faithfully
The other “George” (your name here again)
(the one that’s sociably, naturally and happily acceptable)
Love you, George
Well, that’s how I’m announcing my arrival in the Land of Peoples souls-
with my imperfect English, but perfect thoughts and Exclusively natural
ME.
